Need a Book to Read?

Author Yann Martel

I recently read two of Martel's books and really liked them.

I knew nothing about either of  these books before I started reading and I think that is the best way to approach these particular stories. I did not completely realize what the stories were really about until I was near the end of the books. There is a point in the stories, especially in Life of Pi, where I thought, "What in the heck is going on? This is weird." but it all comes together in the end.  I do not want to tell you anything that will spoil your read, so I won't. I will say that I will be thinking about both of these stories for a long time and I may just have to read them again.
