Southern Utah Heritage Choir Christmas Concert Monday, December 17th at 7:30pm. "Tidings of Comfort and Joy" Free event for the family! Held at the Dixie High School Auditorium. www.heritagechoir.org

Lieto Voices Christmas Concert Monday, December 17th at 7pm. Held at the St. George Catholic Church, 295 West 200 North. Admission and the spirit of Christmas are both free. www.lietovoices.com

Children's Science Club at the St. George Library Tuesday, December 18 (and every other Tuesday) at 6:30pm. Free activity in the Children's Library. Don't forget about the fun story times everyday at the St. George Library! Washington County Libraries
Comic Book Club Meeting Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Hurricane Library at 3:30pm. This month the club will be discussing any non-superhero comic. Enjoy awesome activities, games, drawings, movies, snacks, and more.

St. George Mom & Family at Tuacahn
Christmas in the Canyon held every Thursday, Friday, & Saturday through December 22nd from 6:30-9pm at Tuacahn Amphitheatre in Ivins, Utah. Free to see the lights and visit Santa. The Live Nativity plays at 7pm & 8pm and is $2 a person. The Old Salty Train Ride and the Holiday Hay Ride are also $2 a person. Map & Driving Directions
 
Christmas Story Time held at the Hurricane Library Thursday, December 20th at 10:30am. This is a free and special story time, but don't forget that the Hurricane Library has regular story times Tuesday - Friday at 10:30am. Washington County Libraries


12/21/12 End of the World Party For ages 16+ at the Dance Factory. The Mayan Calendar predicts the end of the world, so why not go out in style. Friday, December 21, 2012 be at the Dance Factory, 25 North 300 West in Washington, Utah at 9pm – 12:30am. This event is for ages 16+ and is $5 a person. Free glow things and giveaways! DJ03L, DJ Fayze, and DJ Lex will be there.
 


Christmas Music Festival for Dixie Care and Share December 22, 2012 from 11am – 8pm. This is a Christmas music festival for charity and ticket price is only one can of food per person. Of course extras are gladly accepted. All food donated will go to the Dixie Care and Share shelter. The event is located at 301 North 2200 East in St. George, Utah.
Lineup includes: Quite the Titan, Chuck Emery, Alison Wagner, Kyna Hafen, The Message, Foxtale, Wirelefant, Dirty Mike & the Boys Jazz Combo, Colton Campbell, Kyle Owens, and more.  If you are interested in joining the lineup e-mail: quietthetitan@gmail.com. Christmas music is recommended, but not required.

This is a free event, but any donations made will go to B.A.C.A. (Bikers Against Child Abuse).

Christmas at the St. George Recreation Center Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 6-9pm. Ring in the holidays with games, crafts, goodies, and a visit from the Big Guy. Decorate and bring a personal sleigh for a snowed in movie. The cost is general admission or a member pass. Located at 400 E. 285 S. in St. George, UT. Call 435-627-4560 for more info.


The Living Nativity presented by the Fine Arts of Hurricane City. This is the 3rd annual theatrical version of the “Living Nativity” Featuring the Hurricane Community Choir December 15th at 6:30pm and 8pm. The Hurricane Community Choir will be singing traditional and not so traditional favorites at 7pm. Held at the Hurricane Community Center. www.cityofhurricane.com

Pet Photos with Santa at the Red Cliffs Mall December 10 & 17, 2012  from 6pm until close. Visit Santa’s Village in the Center Court of the Red Cliffs Mall for this waggin’ good time. Swim with Santa at the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center December 10th at 6:30pm. Attend this annual event and pay only $1 for admission. Enjoy Christmas cookies, hot chocolate & holiday water games. The SHAC is located at 1144 N Lava Flow Drive in St. George, Utah.

Staheli Family Farm December 10-12, 15, 17-19th from 5:30-8:30pm each night. Free Event! Celebrate the Season with the Staheli Farms first annual “North Pole Experience.” Meet Santa, interact with his live reindeer, and play games with the elves. At 7pm watch the farm tradition of a live nativity. Listen to stories, sing Christmas carols, and have some delicious treats. Staheli Family Farm is located at 3400 So. Santa loves visitors at his home in the North Pole! Kids (and adults too!) will have the opportunity to talk to Mr. Claus himself, and tell him your Christmas wishes! Of course, Santa gets A LOT of wishes each year, so there will also be a chance to write to him and put a special letter in his magical mailbox.

INTERACT WITH LIVE REINDEER AND ELVES!
What's the North Pole without Santa's reindeer and elves? You and your family and friends will have the chance to meet and interact with LIVE reindeer (including Rudolph himself!) and play games with the spirited elves!

LIVE NATIVITY
Remember the "Reason for the Season," and celebrate with us in our special live nativity. A holiday tradition that is in it's 11th year, come enjoy the story of Christmas. This heart warming production will fill Christmas joy in the hearts of all who come.

SFF EXPRESS
Everyone knows the story of the "Polar Express," but do you know the story of the "SFF Express?" Listen to this touching story as you travel by wagon up to the North Pole. Each person who "believes" will receive a special gift.

CHRISTMAS CAROLS
A visit to the North Pole makes you want to SING! Join in and sing the classic Christmas carols on the way back to Staheli Farm.
