Kayenta’s Coyote Gulch Art Village

An open house for all galleries and working studios in Coyote Gulch Art Village. Located 7 miles west of St. George.

Teen Painting Class

Acrylic Painting Class for Teens

Date: October 4 - November 1 (Tuesdays - 5 weeks)
Time: 3:30-5pm
Fee: $35 (includes supplies)
Age: 12+
Introduction to acrylic medium, tools and techniques of painting. Students will mix colors, apply layers, explore application techniques and learn basic color theory. By the end of this class you will have created a unique art piece ready to hang on your wall.

Toddler Art Class

Active Arts

This art and motion class is offered through Community Education & Recreation in a cooperative effort of Dixie State College, St. George Leisure Services, and Washington County School District.

Class Description:
Each of the 12 weeks celebrates a new and fun theme from bones to the ocean. Together we will paint, color, sing, move, create, and enjoy music. Class is designed to build gross motor, fine motor, social, and language skills. Parent involvement is recommended. This class is for 2-4 year olds. Taught by Shannon Hinman (aka St. George Mom) a licensed elementary teacher.

Sept 13 - Dec 6 on Tuesdays (no class Nov 15) from 10-11am

Sept 14 - Dec 7 on Wednesdays (no class Nov 23) from 10-11am

Class Fee: $45 
Material Fee: $12 (one-time fee payable to instructor)
