Halloween at the Library
Here are some spook-tacular activities coming up at the St. George Library:
Tuesday, October 16: The Science Club will
meet from 6:30-7:30pm to do two activities: "Build-a-Skeleton," and "Dry Ice
Bubbles." The Science Club activities are designed for ages 7-11.
Tuesday, October 23: The Art Club will
meet from 6:30-7:30. Children will build a Halloween Village to take home
including a twisted tree, a haunted house, and ghosts. Art Club activities are
designed for ages 7-11.
Saturday, October 27: The St. George
Library will participate in Washington County School District's "Spooky Town
Fair" on Town Square in St. George. Visit their booth from 10:00am - 6:00pm and
play some games! Also visit the Haunted Maze in the Library from
3:00-5:00pm for ages 12 and under.
Tuesday, October 30: 6:30-7:30pm "Spooky
Story Time." A librarian will read spooky stories around a "campfire." All ages
welcome, though parents of young children are invited to stay to keep young
children from being frightened.
