               300 south, ending at red brick church)
After parade - same activities as Friday.
10am -1pm - Home Depot Kids Kit Activity (FREE, but limited # of kits)
2-5pm - Fiddling Contest
2:00pm - Peaches and creme eating contest
5:00pm - Spaghetti eating contest
5:00pm - Peach cook off
7:00pm - Rodeo
9:30pm - Fireworks

Youth Fishing

Youth Fishing Program
Youth ages 6-13 learn about casting, equipment, and maintenance of streams, lakes, and other bodies of water. Fishing poles and tackle boxes are provided and are available for use by all registered youth.
My 4-year old son participated during the last program and loved it. They let him participate even though he was younger and he caught fish! It turned into a great time for the whole family. I highly recommend this class.
Dates: Wednesdays & Saturdays beginning September 14, 2011 through Saturday, October 1, 2011
Location: Razor Ridge Urban Fishery (in Washington near Coral Canyon)

Cedar Breaks Anniversary

Cedar Breaks National Monument 77th Anniversary Celebration

Events include a reading of the proclamation that made Cedar Breaks a National Monument and a special movie night complete with popcorn. There will also be a visit from Martin Tyner, founder of the Southwest Wildlife Foundation, who will give an informal wildlife program accompanied by his Golden Eagle, Prairie Falcon, and Harris Hawk. If you ever wanted to get up close to some of the world’s most powerful birds and learn their life history from Utah’s best loved environmental educator, this is an opportunity that should not be missed.
